Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Industrial Electricians and Marine Electricians for long-term work supporting industrial facilities and shipyard operations. This role involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial electrical systems, marine electrical components, power distribution equipment, and control systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in industrial plants, shipyards, manufacturing facilities, or marine environments and be comfortable working rotating shifts.

Pay & Schedule

  • $34.00 per hour

  • 50 hours per week

  • Day Shift or Night Shift (Rotating Schedule)

  • Overtime available depending on production demands

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial and marine electrical systems

  • Run and terminate power cables, control wiring, and instrumentation wiring

  • Install conduit, cable trays, lighting systems, switchgear, and electrical panels

  • Troubleshoot motors, transformers, breakers, and control systems

  • Install and connect motors, pumps, generators, and electrical equipment

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings

  • Perform electrical testing using multimeters, meggers, and other diagnostic equipment

  • Follow OSHA safety standards and industrial electrical safety procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Industrial Electrician or Marine Electrician

  • Experience in shipyards, industrial plants, refineries, power plants, or manufacturing facilities

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, conduit installation, cable tray installation, and motor controls

  • Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

  • Ability to work rotating day and night shifts

  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity

Preferred Experience

  • Shipyard or marine electrical installation

  • Industrial motor controls and power distribution

  • Cable tray installation and large cable pulling
