FirstFour Staffing is assisting a top client with their need for a Land Acquisition Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all residential land acquisition activities in the Mobile AL – Mississippi Gulf Coast Region.

This Direct hire position offers a generous base salary, with additional bonus potential up to 100% of salary

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and qualify potential residential land acquisitions
  • Perform Title and municipal research
  • Negotiate the acquisition of properties
  • Preparation of land valuation analysis and other required documentation
  • Ensure property documents comply with company standards and all due diligence work is completed in a timely manner
  • Manage purchase contract processes
  • Monitor development phases and entitlement processes
  • Maintain budgets and development schedule oversight and updating
  • Develop and maintain broker, land owner, and business community relationships

Education/Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relative experience
  • Effective and professional communication
  • Organizational aptitude

Qualified Candidates:

  • Should have a minimum of 6 years marine or industrial experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Electrician (3+ years’ experience) to join our team. Marine Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and testing electrical systems and equipment on a vessel. Your expertise with 480 volt is required.

Duties:

The Marine Electrician installs and repairs wiring, fixtures, and equipment for all electrical services aboard vessels and in the facility.

· Follows blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

· Installs conduit to bulkheads with brackets and screws and threads wires through conduit to terminals such as connection boxes, circuit breakers, voltage regulators and switch panels.

· Connects power-supply circuits to radio, radar, sonar, fire control and other electronic equipment.

· Tests electrical characteristics, such as voltage, resistance, and phase angle I circuits using meters and indicators.

· May construct and install instrument panels, using hand tools, rulers, dividers, and power drills, following specifications.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Knowledge of blueprints and drawings or schematics preferred.

· Must have experience with 480 volt hook up.

PAY

$29 hour – $500 sign on bonus

(per diem is offered if you qualify 70 miles from Pascagoula, MS)
