Tucker Frazer

After eight years working in the promotional products industry in a variety of roles that included sales, marketing and operations, Tucker transitioned into the staffing industry in 2010. He was hired by a Birmingham-based recruiting firm to lead sales efforts for their newly launched Mobile office. In 2014 Tucker was promoted to Manage sales, recruiting and operations for Mobile and the surrounding Gulf Coast markets.

Recognizing the opportunity to create greater value in the gulf coast staffing sector, Tucker joined forces with Scott Boone in 2021 to form FirstFour Staffing. As an industry veteran, Tucker has a keen sense of what it takes to not only assist clients with hiring needs, but also create lasting partnership, helping companies navigate the complicated world of recruitment and staff retention.

Tucker and wife, Jennifer, live in Mobile with their three children – Henry, Sam, and Hall. When not in the office, Tucker can usually be found watching one of his boys’ sporting events or spending time on Mobile Bay.

Scott Boone

Scott started his career with Lamar Advertising serving in the roles of Real Estate Manager and Sales Executive in AL, LA and OK.  Following his time in the outdoor advertising industry, Scott served as the Sr Sales Consultant for a Human Resource Outsourcing firm delivering payroll and recruiting/talent acquisition software solutions for mid to large size companies. 

In 2018, Scott leveraged his recruiting knowledge and entered the staffing industry, assisting clients throughout the Gulf Coast Region with their technical and professional hiring needs.  Scott joined FirstFour Staffing in 2021 as the company’s CEO, where he is responsible for creating the vision and leading the FirstFour business development and territory expansion activities throughout the Gulf Coast region.

Scott was born and raised in Fairhope, AL where he currently resides with his wife, Coley, and their two children, Lucy, and Michael.  Scott enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, sports and traveling.

Emily Buerger

Emily joined FirstFour Staffing as an Associate Recruiter in March of 2021 and handles full life-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles and industries, with a primary focus on professional office personnel. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and Professional Sales. Emily joined the FirstFour team with two years of prior recruiting experience and five years in residential property management. She and her husband, Les, enjoy spending time at their home on Mobile Bay with their two dogs, Gus and Ella. 

Katerhine Wills

Prior to joining FirstFour Staffing, Katherine was the Director of Client Relations for a regional staffing firm for 7 years. There, she used her extensive accounting knowledge to become an specialist in accounting and finance recruitment. Preceding her recruiting career, she obtained her CPA license and worked in accounting for 12 years. Her experience includes working as a Consultant for Wilkins Miller, an Accounting Manager at Standard Furniture Manufacturing Company as well as a Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young.

Katherine graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and also earned a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Alabama. Katherine grew up in Bay Minette, AL and moved to Mobile with her husband Robert, and 3 children, Bo, Mary Brook and Matthew. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and watching Alabama football.

Dana Harris

Dana joined FirstFour Staffing as Senior Recruiter in January 2021. While Dana has experience in all areas of recruitment, her primary focus is within the Engineering and Construction industries.

Dana has been in talent acquisition for most of her career. Most recently, she sourced and secured talent nationwide for partnered clients of a global RPO. For 7 years she managed the talent acquisition operations for a federal contractor in the shipbuilding industry, and for over 15 years she managed recruiting and business development for staffing industry operations. She holds her current PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.

Dana spends as much time as possible oil painting and enjoys raising houseplants. She and her husband live in south Baldwin County and together they enjoy family time, motorcycling and the beach.
