Working in the barge repair facility in the New Orleans area, the Shipfitter will support the repair operations of this facility, Monday thru Friday.  Candidates should have 3 years or more experience fitting in a shipyard environment.

All approved candidates will be required to take and pass a fitting test consisting of the construction of a picture frame intended to test your ability to measure, cut, bend, and tack angle iron.
