$42.00 hour $180.00 per diem 

  • Minimum 4 Yrs. of Pipe welding experience
  • Must have experience in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), also known as Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) also known as “stick welding”.
  • Testing – 6G Restricted 511 Schedule 80 on carbon steel pipe; Tig the root pass, stick the fill and cap with 110-18 rod 
  • Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) also known as stick welding” and Flux-Core Arc Welding (FCAW) also known as “wire welding.” Must pass military standard X-Ray welding test on stainless steel and copper nickel in the 6G position (restricted). The pipe welding test is given in a restricted position (6 G) on a 5″ schedule 80 carbon steel pipe. GTAW (TIG) process used for root pass, 110-18 electrode used for weld fill portion and cap.
  • Must be able to pass a Hair Follice drug test
