Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed civil drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Revise drawings based on engineering feedback and project requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in civil drafting or a related field

FirstFour Staffing is partnered with a respected architectural and design firm in Fairhope, AL to add a skilled Civil CAD Technician/Designer to their growing team. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on supporting civil engineering and site development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and revise drawings for site layout, grading, drainage, and utilities using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Prepare detailed engineering plans, profiles, and specifications
• Develop grading and road design plans in accordance with project requirements
• Research and apply regulatory codes and design standards
• Support the design of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, including master-planned communities
• Assist in meeting project milestones within defined scope, budget, and timeline

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering or site development design
