FirstFour Staffing is assisting a client in south Louisiana with their need for a Production Program Manager.
This position is responsible for leading new vessel construction strategies and activities including:
- Ensure production budgets are on target
- Coordinate and monitor efforts of production & subcontract crafts
- Track material/receiving orders
- Develop and monitor completion & delivery schedules
- Serve as main contact with owner’s rep on production aspects of the project
Experience/Knowledge/Skills
- 8 years of experience in a shipbuilding or related manufacturing field
- Production planning/scheduling
- Shipbuilding practices and relative craft specific processes
- Analyze and interpret blueprints and production drawings
- Supervision of production team
- USCG, regulatory requirements
- Word, Excel, and Power Point
