Millwright will Install, assemble, align, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment
Millwright will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems
Millwright will diagnose mechanical failures and determine corrective actions
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and work orders
Use precision tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and laser alignment systems
Perform welding, cutting, rigging, and hoisting operations
Lubricate machinery and replace worn or defective parts
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
· Experience or knowledge with steelmaking process preferred

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
· Direct management of 3rd party project and construction management team with ArcelorMittal Calvert projects leads for each working group
· Organizing, planning, and managing engineering construction and capital projects related to the site strategic projects portfolio
· Prepare and present additional investment files for approval of additional project scope execution packages
· Prepare and track project costs, schedule, contractor performance, and procurement and prepare regular reports for management related to status of projects and forecasts
· Follow and adhere to the project management best process
· Regular reporting for stakeholders at all levels related to status of projects and forecasts
· Adhere to project management best process; budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, critical path management, etc.
· Identify and implement best practices for project management for cost and schedule efficiencies
· Creating, updating, and/or maintaining schedule, budget, and scope for the strategic project portfolio
· Maintaining accurate project cost expenditures and commitments and forecasting reporting
· Enforcing capital expenditure program compliance with company policies
· Make decisions about staff allocation towards projects and review CAPEX applications for compliance with best practices and company policy
