RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and maintain the calendar, including appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate and confirm day-to-day commitments, ensuring no conflicts and managing time effectively.
- Provide reminders and follow-up on upcoming engagements and deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries, ensuring prompt responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Adjust and adapt the calendar as priorities shift, ensuring flexibility and accuracy.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up with post-meeting communication when necessary.
- Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with technology or telecommunications industries is a plus.
