FirstFour Staffing is assisting a top client in Baldwin County, AL with their need for a Land Acquisition Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all residential land acquisition activities.
This Direct hire position offers a generous base salary, with additional bonus potential up to 100% of salary
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and qualify potential residential land acquisitions
- Perform Title and municipal research
- Negotiate the acquisition of properties
- Preparation of land valuation analysis and other required documentation
- Ensure property documents comply with company standards and all due diligence work is completed in a timely manner
- Manage purchase contract processes
- Monitor development phases and entitlement processes
- Maintain budgets and development schedule oversight and updating
- Develop and maintain broker, land owner, and business community relationships
Education/Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of relative experience
- Effective and professional communication
- Organizational aptitude
- Capable of managing tight deadlines, promptly addressing changes without disrupting schedules, and managing high volumes of work with minimal supervision
