Experienced Rigging Foreman

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Rigging Foreman to lead field crews and oversee the safe and efficient execution of specialized rigging, heavy lifting, and transportation projects.
The Rigging Foreman will coordinate daily manpower, equipment, schedules, safety requirements, customers, and project activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Plan daily work assignments and direct laborers and field personnel to ensure efficient use of manpower and equipment.
Establish and enforce work standards, operating procedures, and safety practices.
Review project scopes, identify project requirements, and establish work schedules.
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects.
Communicate with customers and the office regarding project scheduling, mobilization, and anticipated project needs.
Identify equipment requirements and coordinate with dispatch to ensure equipment is delivered to the jobsite as needed.
Maintain communication between the field, office, customers, and project teams to ensure proper planning and follow-through.
Lead crews while maintaining a strong focus on productivity, quality, and safety.
Ensure compliance with Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), safety procedures, and required industry training.
Help identify potential jobsite issues and coordinate solutions with project leadership and customers.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Rigging Foreman, Rigging Supervisor, Heavy Haul Foreman, Rigging Superintendent, or similar field leadership role.
Strong background in heavy rigging, heavy lifting, specialized transportation, industrial construction, or machinery moving.
Experience or familiarity with gantry systems, unified jacking systems, strand jacks, and jack & slide systems is highly preferred.
Experience with SPMT/Goldhofer or other specialized transportation equipment is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
Ability to effectively lead field crews and coordinate multiple project requirements.
Fluent spoken and written English required to complete safety training and work in safety-sensitive environments.
Must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout the U.S.
Must maintain a clean criminal record and be subject to ongoing random drug and alcohol testing.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Work is performed primarily in outdoor environments and may involve changing weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
Ability to work safely around heavy equipment, rigging systems, and active industrial jobsites.
Ability to travel extensively and work at various project locations.
