Our client, a prominent shipyard repair organization, is seeking to add three HSE Specialists to their teams in Pascagoula, MS, Lockport, LA or Houma, LA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and monitor company safety programs
- Conduct surveys to ensure regulatory compliance
- Achieve Company HSE goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and other local, state and federal rules and regulations
- B.S. in Occupational Safety or related technical field, a minimum of seven (7) years working experience in HSE compliance,
- Ability to manage multi-location programs
- Highly motivated, communicate effectively, and be proficient in using MS Office applications
- Maritime Industry experience, a plus.
