Training and Organizational Development Manager
The successful candidate in this newly created position will have demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of a successful training and workforce development program.
Responsibilities will include:
- Create, develop, implement and manage all training programs through initial and ongoing assessment of training and development needs
- Implement Learning Management System
- Develop and manage effective Internship and apprenticeship programs
- Coordination of workforce development grants and funding
Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Training and Development, or Related
- Minimum of five years training and development experience including research, evaluation, and selection of training options
- Good comprehension of workforce development grants and funding
- Demonstrated knowledge of Apprenticeship & Internship programs
- Experienced with multiple training platforms and methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Human Resources software, candidate management systems and social media platforms
- Strong mentoring, problem-solving, planning, and presentation skills
