FirstFour Staffing is seeking an experienced Software Specialist for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established company in the Gulf Coast region. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys optimizing ERP systems, streamlining workflows, and building user-friendly tech solutions across departments in a casual environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain ERP systems and business applications (Sage X3 preferred)
- Troubleshoot application issues and respond to user support requests
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and automation tools
- Collaborate across departments and with vendors to support integrations and system enhancements
- Participate in ERP implementations, testing, upgrades, and training
- Document procedures and develop clear, user-focused training materials
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in application administration, data management, or similar
- Experience with ERP platforms and business software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Python, VBA, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is a plus
- A passion for solving problems and continuous improvement
