About the Opportunity:
Our client will provide comprehensive training and cover the cost of your Loan Originator license, giving you the tools and knowledge to succeed. You’ll also receive qualified sales leads through company software, allowing you to focus on client relationships and closing deals—not cold calls.
Responsibilities:
- Complete a structured training program to learn all aspects of mortgage origination.
- Manage residential loan applications from initial client contact through closing.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and service.
- Evaluate borrower eligibility and recommend appropriate loan products.
- Leverage company-provided software and leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely loan processing and closings.
- Stay current on industry products, guidelines, and compliance standards.
