FirstFour Staffing has partnered with a reputable organization that is seeking to add an Inside Sales Account Manager to their team in Mobile.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide detailed product information and support to customers, helping them select the appropriate HVAC equipment for their needs.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of HVAC equipment.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the latest HVAC products and technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC products and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with the company’s core technology platform (Prophet 21) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
