FirstFour Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturing organization with their need for a Human Resources Business Partner.
This proactive, strategic role will serve as communicator with Employees and Management, and be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated areas.
Duties include:
- Serve as communicator with Employees and Management to resolve conflicts, and address issues and concerns, and
- Employee relations and engagement
- Provides performance management guidance
- Develop HR solutions, programs and policies.
- Assists employees with various issues including benefits, payroll, training
- Provides input on restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management OR education and related experience combination
- 5+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience with working knowledge of FMLA, NLRB, FLSA, ADA compliance
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- PHR or or SHRM-CP preferred
