Manager, Human Resources Business Partners

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and development for Human Resources Business Partners
- Ensuring HR policies, practices, and processes are streamlined, standardized, compliant
- Effectively implementing processes and policies ensuring they are consistent
- Coach and support employees and management in addressing issues and concerns
- Use appropriate strategies, tactics, to ensure fairness to all employees
- Work with leadership to promotes transparency and employee engagement
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to production management
- Provide input on performance management, talent identification, and leadership assessments
- Assist with business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Support recruitment, training, comp and benefit activities as needed
- Investigating issues and concerns
- Support of change management initiatives related to employment issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or similar OR equivalent experience/education combination
- Minimum 5 years of business partnering and employee relations experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of FMLA, NLRB, FLSA, ADA
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge of human resources functions
- Specialized knowledge of employment law
- HR Certification strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and abilities
