Manager, Human Resources Business Partners
Relocation package available

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and development for Human Resources Business Partners
  • Ensuring HR policies, practices, and processes are streamlined, standardized, compliant
  • Effectively implementing processes and policies ensuring they are consistent
  • Coach and support employees and management in addressing issues and concerns
  • Use appropriate strategies, tactics, to ensure fairness to all employees
  • Work with leadership to promotes transparency and employee engagement
  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to production management
  • Provide input on performance management, talent identification, and leadership assessments
  • Assist with business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Support recruitment, training, comp and benefit activities as needed
  • Investigating issues and concerns
  • Support of change management initiatives related to employment issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or similar OR equivalent experience/education combination
  • Minimum 5 years of business partnering and employee relations experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, NLRB, FLSA, ADA
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good working knowledge of human resources functions
  • Specialized knowledge of employment law
  • HR Certification strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and abilities
