Estimator / Scheduler
First Four staffing is assisting a top construction industry client in the Fort Myers FL area with their need for an Estimator / Scheduler.
This role will be responsible for the development of cost estimates and resource-loaded CPM schedules for commercial and industrial projects.
Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 3 years estimating and scheduling experience in multi-discipline construction utilizing industry software packages (ex: Procore, ProEst, STACK, BuilderTrend, Primavera P6 EPPM, Project)
- Proficient with Pro-Forma construction sequencing and CPM schedules
- Preparation of quantity takeoffs, pricing of scope, bid packages
- Thorough knowledge of bid documents, material requirements, master CPM schedule integration
This position offers a salary range of $70K to $100K
