Chief Administrative Officer

An experienced, proactive Chief Administrative Officer is needed for a diverse and growing construction client. The primary purpose of this fast paced position based in Mobile AL will be to provide administrative support required to complete projects through collaboration with corporate executive team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Executive and operations support
  • Development of process and operational plans
  • Research, statistical reporting, quarterly presentations
  •  Preparation of reports, financial statements, correspondence, 
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, conference calls.

Education/Skills//Experience: 

  • Bachelors degree – Business Administration or related
  • Management of financial and material resources
  • Systems Analysis and evaluation
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Administrative skills and contracts knowledge
  • Continuous improvement oriented
  • Strong computer skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to travel on occasion
