Scott Boone

Scott started his career with Lamar Advertising serving in the roles of Real Estate Manager and Sales Executive in AL, LA and OK.  Following his time in the outdoor advertising industry, Scott served as the Sr Sales Consultant for a Human Resource Outsourcing firm delivering payroll and recruiting/talent acquisition software solutions for mid to large size companies. 

In 2018, Scott leveraged his recruiting knowledge and entered the staffing industry, assisting clients throughout the Gulf Coast Region with their technical and professional hiring needs.  Scott joined FirstFour Staffing in 2021 as the company’s CEO, where he is responsible for creating the vision and leading the FirstFour business development and territory expansion activities throughout the Gulf Coast region.

Scott was born and raised in Fairhope, AL where he currently resides with his wife, Coley, and their two children, Lucy, and Michael.  Scott enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, sports and traveling.

Katherine Wills

Prior to joining FirstFour Staffing, Katherine was the Director of Client Relations for a regional staffing firm for 7 years. There, she used her extensive accounting knowledge to become an specialist in accounting and finance recruitment. Preceding her recruiting career, she obtained her CPA license and worked in accounting for 12 years. Her experience includes working as a Consultant for Wilkins Miller, an Accounting Manager at Standard Furniture Manufacturing Company as well as a Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young.

Katherine graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and also earned a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Alabama. Katherine grew up in Bay Minette, AL and moved to Mobile with her husband Robert, and 3 children, Bo, Mary Brook and Matthew. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and watching Alabama football.

Christian Bilich

Christian Bilich is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over 25 years of professional experience. Christian began his career I recruiting as Recruiting Manager and later Division Director of Robert Half International, the world’s oldest and largest specialized staffing and recruitment firm. Christian shepherded the company’s permanent placement divisions, Robert Half Finance and Accounting and Robert Half Technology, throughout the Gulf Coast region. Christian served as Campus President of a publicly traded, technology-focused career college in New Orleans and later served as Director of Talent and University Relations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana. In 2017, Christian pivoted into entrepreneurship, founding The Talent Consultants, LLC. The Talent Consultants focused on providing retained search, contingency search, and contract recruiting solutions to multiple late-stage, pre-IPO technology enterprises. Christian joined FirstFour Staffing in July 2023 as Director, Professional Placement Services. In this role, Christian provides targeted search services to select client in a myriad of industry verticals. Christian specializes in executive search, information technology recruitment, financial and accounting recruitment, as well as Go-To Market searches for growth-stage organizations throughout the United States.  Christian holds a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University, a Master’s Degree in History from the University of New Orleans, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Louisiana, LaFayette. He holds numerous professional certifications including Senor Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). He is also a published author.  Christian and his wife, Melissa moved to Fairhope, AL in 2023. In their spare time, they enjoy boating, fishing, and international travel. 

Chan Hale

With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Business Operations Management, I offer a broad perspective on talent acquisition. My career has been dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with the right opportunities across industries, roles, and career stages. Having worked in corporate teams, agency settings, and executive search firms, I’ve developed a 360° understanding of the hiring landscape. What drives me is more than just filling roles—it’s about building lasting relationships, understanding what motivates both people and businesses, and creating hiring strategies that foster growth. Great recruitment, to me, is a balance of instinct and strategy, always rooted in a genuine focus on people. Jamie Rodriguez

With nearly a decade of experience in staffing and client relations, Jamie brings a relationship-first mindset to her role as Senior Recruiter and Technology Manager. She facilitates full-cycle direct hire recruitment, tailoring each process to meet client needs, while also overseeing digital marketing strategies and optimizing internal software operations for efficiency.  Jamie holds a Public Relations degree from the University of Central Arkansas, where she was a collegiate athlete. A Memphis native, she has called Fairhope home for the past three years. Outside of work, she is a foodie, a sports enthusiast, and loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two young sons. Jamie is passionate about helping candidates find fulfilling roles and easing clients’ hiring challenges to build stronger teams

Taylor Cooper

Taylor is a recent graduate of Auburn University, where she earned a degree in Public Relations Communications. She began her professional journey with FirstFour Staffing, leveraging her strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect top talent with the right opportunities. Taylor is enthusiastic about building meaningful relationships and gaining a deeper understanding of the recruiting industry as she embarks on this exciting first step in her career.

Taylor was raised in Baldwin County, where she recently returned to begin the next chapter of her life and career. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and being outdoors with her dog, Dixie.

Judy Bell

Prior to joining FFS Judy was the Director of Operations with a national staffing firm specializing in skilled trades for industrial and marine industries.  Judy has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry.  

She started her career in 1999 in the professional arena of staffing and in 2010 transitioned into marine / Industrial staffing skilled tradesmen nationwide. 

Her experience on the waterfront nationwide has allowed her to become successful in placing candidates with various major shipyards and industrial clients. 

Judy was born in Jacksonville, FL, but was raised in Pascagoula, MS – Graduated from Pascagoula High School, and pursued a career in staffing.  She is married and is a mother of 2 boys and has 2 grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys 

spending time with her family, traveling, fishing, and watching football. 

Dana Harris

Before joining FirstFour Staffing in January 2021, Dana managed recruiting and business development within the staffing industry for nearly 20 years. She also successfully built and led Talent Acquisition operations for a federal contractor in the shipbuilding industry, helping the company grow from 600 to 4,000 employees in just seven years. Additionally, Dana has sourced and secured professional and technical talent nationwide for partnered clients of a global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm. She holds current PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.  Dana lives in Foley with her husband, Tommy, and together they love spending time with their two amazing grandchildren. In her free time, Dana expresses her creativity through drawing, oil and acrylic painting, and gardening, and enjoys recharging on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast.”

Belinda Mitchell

I have a combined 30 years’ experience in the Construction, Industrial and Maritime Industries, from Procurement to Management to Staffing and Human Resources.

  Prior to joining FirstFour Staffing in 2024, I was the Human Resources Manager for two major Shipyards in Mobile County. 

I graduated from Mobile County High School located in Grand Bay, AL, where I was born and raised and currently reside with my husband, Jay Mitchell.  We have four children and eight grandchildren, who we adore.

I enjoy Traveling, College Football and spending time with my family.”
